Your health and satisfaction are very important to us! Return Policy We are committed to providing our customers with prompt and efficient customer service. We are always available to answer any questions you may have. We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible if you have questions regarding returning or exchanging any of our products. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us by email or telephone within 72 hours and we will arrange to replace the item at no cost to you. In the event of an exchange or "authorized return", you will be provided with an RMA number and proper instructions on how and where to return your merchandise. It is always advisable to obtain shipping insurance and a tracking number for your records, on any item you ship back to us using your preferred shipping method. Please do not ship any item back without a RMA number or to the address it was shipped from as it will be refused and returned back to you at your expense. The reason for this is that items are shipped from specialized centers that are not equipped to handle inbound packages, which can result in the package being lost. Products that are returnable will be refunded in full minus our incurred shipping costs for a period of 15 days from delivery. A restocking fee may apply to some returnable items, those of which are listed below. Products that are custom made or made to order are not returnable. Pillow products including the Prop-Up Pillow: 30% return fee – This fee is due to our inability to re-sell used bedding due to obvious health concerns and laws which prohibit the sale of used bedding. Most other companies have a strict NO return policy for bedding which we ultimately find unfair. We understand there may be reasons why you might need to return a product and don’t feel like you should be stuck with it. Warranty Information The Prop-Up Pillow™ or other relief products will be replaced or repaired at our option, in part or in whole without cost to you, should it be deemed defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects during specified warranty period below, excluding the specific limitations contained herein. It is understood that this limited warranty does not include a normal increase in softness of the memory foam, pressure-relieving material or a decrease in the slow recovery feature - aspects which do not affect the advantageous qualities of the product. It does cover any deterioration in the cell-structure of the material that causes the product to not return to it's original shape. It also covers any physical flaw in the product that causes the material to split or crack despite normal usage and proper handling. The removable cover is warranted for one (1) year against faults in material or workmanship. All warranties contained herein shall not apply if the product or cover has been physically damaged, burned, cut, torn, or is abnormally soiled or unsanitary. This warranty is valid only to the original purchaser of the product. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
